2020 has been branded as "the future" long before its arrival – imagined as an era of flying cars on freeways in the sky, driven by robotic friends. We have all had different visions of this future, and it’s clear that now is the time to curate, mold and fix society for generations to come and ourselves.

While this milestone represents a fresh start, let’s not ignore our past. In 2020, we will embrace the importance of new voices, inter-generational perspectives, and a world where our emotional needs cannot be fulfilled by a smartphone. We will move away from tired, traditional structures, and mass consumption. We will fix what's broken, instead of breaking what's working. We will create new codes and add personality to the digital, with more emphasis on emotional intelligence we will focus on being more human than superhuman, and aim to achieve a connected, global wisdom.

This is the year we focus on solutions, whether it’s solving time problems or bridging the gap between salon visits, or just adding a daily dose of color to our lives. We set our sights on designing our futures, now, not just dreaming about them.
